The Rotary Club of Beacon Bay was chartered on the 11th October 1973, although chartered as The Rotary Club of East London North, the renaming came about when the town of East London North became Beacon Bay, a suburb of East London. The city of East London forms part of the metropol of Buffalo City which is situated in the Eastern Cape Province of the Republic of South Africa. The club was sponsored by the Rotary Club of Arcadia. Meetings: The club meets for an hour every Thursday at the Old Selbornian Club, Pearce Street East London, South Africa at 6:30 pm for 7:00PM.
